If you don't believe in yourself, exactly why should anyone else believe in you? The moment you start looking outside yourself for the motivation you require in order to win, you lose. No one will ever be able to give you the boost you can give yourself. So begin there. Start the pep talk with yourself. If you really want to win you have to first believe deep in your heart that you actually deserve to win.
