As much as it may feel like it sometimes, we do not live on this earth alone. We are all connected to one another, so much so that the pain of another whom we do not know or have never met can evoke emotions deep within. Further, there are times with those we do know, where we can sense without a word exchanged, that something is wrong. It is our capacity to feel for one another that demonstrates just how connected we are as humans.
