From someone who watched people closely - Larry Kersten
"The only consistent feature of all of your dissatisfying relationships is you."
Sometimes its not YOU and it is THEM. But if you consistently find yourself a participant in multiple dysfunctional relationships, you have to begin the process of self reflection. For there are times when you are the one who brings, facilitates, fosters and attracts dysfunction within your relationships. As difficult as it may be, you need to be the one to hold that mirror up to yourself in order to see that hard truth. When you opt to ignore the mirror, dysfunction will continue as you fight against those who seek to hold that mirror up for you. Sometimes its not you, but sometimes the only person it is - is you.
Have a deep day!
