Never underestimate the necessity of joy. Having it will put pep in your step, a glow to your face and an extra beat in your heart. Lacking joy will weigh you down, tear you up and spit out an unrecognizable version of yourself. Joy is so essential to your survival, not only should you focus on maintaining, preserving and protecting your own but even when you are lacking, never be tempted to steal joy from another, for it is the equivalent to stealing air from their lungs.
