There are limited things worth fighting for and few things worth dying for. But the fiber of a man who would fight and die for the freedom of a people is extraordinary. So often in this world people fail to do anything on behalf of others they don't know or don't identify with. Thankfully there were/are the brave few who are willing to put it all on the line for the sake of your freedom, your respect and your rights. Imagine what the world would be like if a few more of us were that brave.
Today marks the first day of Black History Month, let's begin the journey into the thoughts of extraordinary figures in Black History!
