After a while, that process is taken for granted. The past becomes something to harp on, evaluate, feel guilty over, ignore.
After a while, that process is so undervalued. The future becomes something to wish for, agonize over, live in, fantasize about.
Today is all you have, this very moment as you read these words, you have this time to live, right now. The days of the past are behind you, you made it to today. The future is ahead of you, but there are steps you must take today, in this moment, to get there. You have to live, today.
