When it is in your heart to give of yourself, it comes so naturally that often you don't even realize you are giving. When you are compelled by the consistent thumping in your chest to do, be and give, nothing at all can stop you, except if that thumping stops. Doing, being and giving happens naturally because it lives within you. And when it doesn't happen, it is because it does not.
