Sometimes it is hard to find the right words to express what you are thinking. The harder it becomes to find the right words, the easier the temptation to just say whatever come to mind. Don't. The wrong words are hard to take back. Instead, learn to shut your mouth and wait - until the right words come to you. You will be better off in the end.
