Sorrow can also be the seed from which joy can grow. At times it makes no sense why we must endure the level of pain placed upon us. But when your heart is broken and forever altered, a space opens up for something new to grow. In some, scabs grow and the heart hardens. But in others, sorrow allows love to blossom in the place of loss. And the sorrowful are also the blessed.
