There are more than enough people who make it their sole purpose to spray negativity your way. Sometimes these people are strangers, sometimes they are friends. So spend no time spewing negativity at yourself. Be encouraged, take chances, push forward. Leave the doubt, hate and anger to others, for it gives something to do as they sit from the sidelines watching you stride to greatness!
