When you are at a low point, it is often difficult to see and understand the value in being so low. But there is never a place so low that a lesson can not be learned from it. There is never a place so deep that you can not come out of it better and stronger. Life throws each of us our unique challenges, some of which the person standing right next to us would never have been able to sustain. But we are all built for all that will come our way. The challenge is in finding the tools we are equipped with and utilizing them to make it through the rough times.
