Usually the best plan for an exit includes a new destination. However, there are times when the need to leave is so strong and the grief of staying so tremendous that walking away is the only remedy. You may not have mapped out exactly where you will go next or even where you will end up, but rest assured upon the arrival to the new destination, your sanity will be intact.
