Not only is anger an expression of sadness, it also last a lot longer and inflicts a lot of pain on ones self. Because anger requires that you hold in your sadness, its left to eat away at you and serve as the fire for your boiling anger. Admit your sadness, first to yourself and then to the responsible party. Own that you are hurt and angry, then work to move past it. It will free you, mind, body and soul!
