Sometimes people push back against your ideas, plans and goals because sometimes they just don't make sense. You need good people around you to challenge your ideas - it makes you better and wiser. But when you notice a person or group of people who oppose everything you say, yet in no way try to help you to grow and enhance your thought, know they are not on your team. They are in fact your closest enemy seeking to have a front row view of your failures. It is wise to deny their access, front row or otherwise.
