You have to be able to rise above things in life. Everything awful, gritty and disgusting thrown at you does not require that you dig deep into the sewer to retaliate. Sometimes even when you know you could and you think you would feel good if you did, you shouldn't engage in foolishness with others. For once you dive into the sewer, intent on defending your honor, you only end up covered in shit. No matter what happens next, you are covered in a stench that is hard to escape simply because you opted to dive in instead of rising above it all.
