You can never have an ego so large that it blocks your ability to see what is front of you. You should never have an ego so grand that it prevents you from seeing the flaws in yourself and the greatness in others. You will never be great if your ego is so inflated that it tricks you into believing there is nothing left for you to learn from others in this world. Check yourself and your ego. For ego is a tricky thing that will propel you to the top or be your downfall, depending on just how big you allow it to get.
