There is always a ledge between where you are and where you want to be. Some people stare at the ledge endlessly, complaining about why they cant step up to the ledge, let along step off it. Other people, recognize the risk of stepping off the ledge and prepare themselves for engaging in that risk. Then there are those who blindly run off cliffs with no regard for what will happen on the other side. All of us can be any one of these people at any time in our lives and each of us will face situations that will require one approach over the other. The key to life is the ability to assess the situation and having the flexibility to change the approach as needed.
