From someone who knew there was no use in worry - Arthur Somers Roche
“Worry is a thin stream of fear trickling through the mind. If encouraged, it cuts a channel into which all other thoughts are drained.”
If you allow it, worry will consume you. And when it does, there will be no benefit to you or anyone around you. Worry saves you from nothing nor does it prevent anything from happening. So when the forecast says rain, don't spend so much time fretting over whether or not you will get wet, that you forget to pack your umbrella.
Have a peaceful day!
