It all first begins with the voice you hear in your own head. That is where your insecurities begin and end. That is where your worry lives. That is where your self esteem is stepped on. So when you are wondering why you feel the way you do, the first place to begin is within yourself. Check what you are telling yourself about yourself. Check the messages you are feeding yourself. Check the lies you are telling yourself. Begin to manage the message you are telling yourself so that when you listen to your own voice, the message is one that lifts you up instead of tearing you down.
