We are all capable of motivating those around us. Its really a conscious decision one makes from a place of being secure with self. So secure that others around them being great in no way threatens their ability to be great or their feeling of greatness. When someone is around you who doesn't push you to be your best its because they like you just the way you are which in their mind is usually one step below them!
