Whenever a lie it attached at all to the truth, it is easier to believe. However, once the lie is uncovered, the trust is shattered, for some part of the truth was tainted. Liars are cowards by nature. Those who mix the lies with the truth are the worst of the worst, for they place a stain upon the truth forever.
