Ever spend time around a person who constantly questions how great you feel about yourself? Someone who never seems to find joy in any of your happiness, only seeks to bring you down to their level. The worse a person feels about themselves, the more they will seek to make you feel equally crappy about who and what you are. Don't let someone drag you down to the bowels of their low self worth. And never ever give in to the temptation to try to go down there and pull them out. For that is hole you will find difficult to escape unharmed.
