When your life is great, it is easy to be happy for others. When everything you want it going your way, it may seem simple to express happiness for the achievements of others. But the true test comes on the day when the sky is looking extremely grey for you but the sun is shining ever so brightly on someone you love. In that moment, you must chose to follow the light of love and use it to push away your dark clouds far enough so you can genuinely and wholeheartedly experience and express joy for another. The expression of joy which comes from the feeling of love must always override the often temporary feeling of self loathing and pity.
