Thought of the Day - February 8, 2011

From a woman who used her words to raise a generation of phenomenal women. - Maya Angelou

“While I know myself as a creation of God, I am also obligated to realize and remember that everyone else and everything else are also God's creation.”

Just as valuable, loved, favored, flawed and ultimately forgiven as you know yourself to be, you must acknowledge others as the same. It may be hard to see it through your human eyes, but it is true. We are all here by the divine grace of a higher being. And as much resentment, frustration, anger and hate you may think you hold for another, they too are here by that same grace and love that woke you up this morning.

Have an understanding day!
