Every time you set a goal, you must resist the urge to make it one that all but guarantees success, for that low bar does not motivate greatness or inspire the impossible. All it does is set up the inevitable. If you seek success, you must set goals that force you to push yourself hard, harder than you ever have so you can achieve things you only once thought you could.
