When you don't exercise your right to vote, your voice is still heard. The silence speaks volumes about what you want and where you stand on the issues. The silence and lack of civic participation shows the world that things are fine just as they are or just as someone else would have them be. So if that is the message you want to send, don't vote. If not, make it your business to vote and make sure those around you do the same!
