There are times, even in the closest relationships, where space is necessary. There are also times where there isn't enough space in the world that can cure your desire to have someone out of your life. Not that you want them to disappear from everywhere, you just would like their absence from your life. It is a tough request to make, especially when it seems unprovoked and harsh, but it can be the necessary cure for a relationship that is sucking the life out of you.
