Today I walked out of my door to find another one of the sunflowers I planted back in April bloomed. But this one today was more special than any of the others. Why? Because this one was facing me as soon as I walked out the door (sunflowers follow the sun, hence the name) and there is no sun facing the door, I really feel like this flower was meant to brighten up my day and make me leave the house with a smile. Not one to disappoint, I smiled the entire way to work! I also had a thought about a bright person when I saw this sunflower, she happens to turn 30 today! She is in full bloom and just like this flower, she brightens the world!
