Often the ways of others that drive us crazy serve as a mirror. What we see in others that causes us to complain and nip pick is usually because it is something in us that we see in others. Its just a lot easier to point out the error in someone else rather than taking a critical look inward. Take the time to look in the mirror, you may be shocked at what you see.
