It is not enough to take baby steps. Sometime you have to jump off the ledge with no parachute and just hope that the landing will be soft. You HAVE to be willing to push it to the limit if you ever want to get what you want. No one will hand it to you, you have to be willing to step up and take what you want! Risk it all or have nothing.
