It takes alot of energy, both physical and mental, to hold on to something that is not for you. It requires lots of time spent and leads to hurt feelings. Realize that when something or someone is for you, this tight grip is unnecessary. Sometimes its the holding on that drains your mind, spirit and body. All this for something that was never for you to begin with. Sometimes the best demonstration of your strength is to simply inhale deep and let go.
