From a British author who recognized thought greatly about the importance of work - Bertrand Russell
"One of the symptoms of an approaching nervous breakdown is the belief that one's work is terribly important."
Work is what you do, not who you are. There is no position you hold that can not be filled by someone else. There is no special thing that you do for which another equally skilled human can not do as well. And on the day you are not there, the work will continue to get done. So before you begin to self destruct from the inside out thinking your job is just that important, remember it is not that serious!
Have a relaxed work day!
