We should all wonder when the "War on Drugs" started and what is the potential end date. The fact of the matter is that there was never a war on drugs, just a war on those who sought to get rich selling drugs. While those who have are doing crimes because they want to, the have nots are still doing crimes because the don't see any other option. That is the war we should be engaged in, the war on hopelessness and lack of opportunity.
